You can begin by contacting us to get your questions answered about surrogacy in Nevada. Or, you may want to explore our website which explains how our complete surrogacy program works: the financial aspects, the medical considerations, and the basic requirements.
ARTparenting's founder, Meryl B. Rosenberg, Esq., has worked with hundreds of gestational surrogates since 1993.
THE MATCH: A central feature of our program is the care we take in matching intended parents with our gestational surrogates. Each gestational surrogate is a consulted in depth about who she would most like to help: intended parents who live in the US or overseas, families that already have a child, same-sex or heterosexual couples, or another preference. Each match is a true partnership.
OUR COMPLETE PROGRAM: With our comprehensive surrogacy program, we'll oversee every detail — from your very first contact with us through the birth of the baby.
Personal attention combined with years of experience are an important part of what makes our program unique. We make sure that our surrogates, as well as our intended parents, have all the information, personal support and care they want and need.
Meryl Rosenberg is known for her leadership role and dedication to the field of reproductive law. Read about Meryl Rosenberg's work to regulate surrogacy.
A gestational surrogate mother* carries a child conceived through in-vitro fertilization (IVF) using the egg of the intended mother or an egg donor, plus the sperm from the intended father or sperm donor. The child will not be genetically related to the gestational surrogate.

First, let me applaud Meryl for all that she does at ARTparenting. From beginning to end, she was there for me in fulfilling my purpose. Becoming a surrogate had always been a thought in the back of my mind and I’m so grateful that Meryl could make it a reality.
Seeing the look on the IP’s faces when they held their son for the first time was priceless. I’m blessed to have been able to help complete their family. Without a doubt, I’ll do it all over again!’
